Quebec (2021) – Santé

Map 1: This interactive map displays the recovery locations of Ixodes scapularis ticks submitted to Geneticks from Quebec Santé. Ticks that tested positive for Borrelia species are displayed in red, while ticks that did not test positive for Borrelia species are displayed in green. Entries from each Quebec Santé (listed above in Table 1) can be toggled on/off by selecting the icon in the upper left corner of the map. Clicking on individual tick entries will display the details associated with that submission. Each entry has been stripped of identifying information and the coordinates gently randomized to protect user anonymity.
